Enough with the in game purchases!

Money Tree

Am I the only one who is tired of these app companies, specifically the game makers like The Smurfs iPad app, Farmville Facebook game, and others who just love to get you to pay a minimum of $4.99 per day.

I think they should just charge $4.99 for the game that let’s you build berries and such. Then release updates with new additions just like the console games like PS3 and Xbox 360 do.

Stop with the in game nickle-and-diming, stop with the greed! Charge a fair one-time fee, maybe a monthly fee, maybe a yearly fee, but not a fee for 100 gold coins to use in the game!!

These games are targeted at kids and the games are designed to move terribly slow unless you buy their in game tokens. Stop using our kids as your money tree!

Reckless Getaway for iPad By Polarbit

Have you ever wanted to rob a bank? Well now, thanks to Reckless Getaway, you can see what it’s like to try and get a way from the police after the robbery! Think you have what it takes to keep the loot and get a way from the cops? This game is fantastic fun! I love it! It reminds me of PacMan and Need for Speed combined in one awesome fun packed game.

Collect coins, avoid head on collisons, hit jumps, smash cop cars, all with fun physics and amazing graphics. The game feels great and it’s very enjoyable to play.

This review is for the iPad version, which cost $2.99 at the time of this review. This game made it to my favorites list. I recommend you try it and test your driving skills today.

The Game Press Rating

The Good: Smashing, crashing, and dashing for the finish line. The graphics and game play are great.

The Bad: It could have used some weapons, but other then that I do not see any bad in this game.

Let’s create! Pottery HD for iPad

Let's create! Pottery HD game for iPadI stumbled upon this game while looking around the app store and it was a pleasant surprise, it’s so much fun to play!

You get to create virtual pottery and then sell your pieces at the auction. It’s fun to try and guess how much your pieces will sell for. The money you get from selling your pottery can be used to purchase new colors and materials to make better pottery.

Plants VS. Zombies for iPad

What a fun game! Think you can keep the zombies from eating your brains? Give it a try and enjoy a fun time trying to stop the zombies from invading your house and eating your brains.

I think they could of added more levels (of course!), but this is a standard complaint with many games it seems. Other than that it was a very enjoyable game and I would enjoy playing new levels if they would release them.
